Ms. Nguyen Thanh Thuy (living in District 3) also felt a slight shake-up while in the house. "I felt the shaking while I was lying down but didn't pay much attention, I just thought I had a physical disorder. After that, friends who texted me also encountered similar problems in other districts" - Ms. Thuy said.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan - an office worker on the 13th floor of a building on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, District 3 - said: "I suddenly felt dizzy while working. At first, I thought it was due to fatigue, but when I looked around, I saw people feeling like me. Immediately after that, everyone stood up, and I realized that the whole building was shaking. Everyone was scared and quickly ran to the ground."

Many people in the capital Hanoi felt the earthquake, seeing furniture in their homes shaking.

Ms. Vu Mai (Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi) said that at noon on March 28, she felt her house shaking fiercely. At that time, many objects on her dining table fell to the ground.

Similarly, Ms. Ngoc Linh (Ba Dinh District, Hanoi) said that because she saw the fierce shaking, she and dozens of colleagues had to move from the 5th floor to the 1st floor of the office building.

6-room building in Ben Tre shook

At around 1:30 p.m. on March 28, many people working in the 6-room building (in Ben Tre City, Ben Tre Province) felt the shaking, causing them to panic and have to run out of the building.

As a civil servant working in a 6-bedroom building, Mr. Hien said: At first, colleagues working on the 13th and 14th floors suddenly felt dizzy. When asked each other, everyone felt the same way. After that, the building began to shake, causing everyone to panic and quickly run to the ground.

Similarly, Mr. Huy said that at around 1:30 p.m., when he was going to the 6 department building, he saw many civil servants and public employees working here running into the ground. When asked, they said the building was shaking.

Talking to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper at noon of the same day, a leader of the People's Committee of Phu Tan Ward (Ben Tre City, Ben Tre Province) said that at around 1:30 p.m., a 6-room building in the area had a shaking phenomenon.
