Dong Thap Electronic Information Portal informs that Resolution No. 28/2026/NQ-HDND issued by the People's Council (HĐND) of Dong Thap province has stipulated policies to support travel and working conditions for cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees of agencies and organizations in administrative units implementing arrangements in Dong Thap province.
This support policy takes effect from August 1, 2026.
Accordingly, the subjects of application are cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working at political organizations, state agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF), socio-political organizations under the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, public non-business units, association leaders and people working with salaries from the state budget (staff) in associations assigned tasks by the Party and State at provincial and commune levels in Dong Thap province. Specifically as follows:
In principle, the support period and support policies specified in Resolution 28/2026/NQ-HĐND are paid periodically every month along with the current salary.
Beneficiaries who are sent to centralized study by competent authorities for 06 months or more are not supported corresponding to the time (number of months) of centralized study.
In case the competent authority issues a higher support policy than the support policy in this Resolution, one policy is applied, which is a higher support policy.
