Mr. Pham Thien Nghia: (Laughs). Actually, we are not as “perfect” as the above statement. As I shared at the beginning, the annual slogan building has been done by previous leaders. This is how we shape it, see it as a connecting thread, unifying all efforts and creating a strong identity right from the beginning of the year. And there is no general formula that applies to all cases, the important thing is to determine what the goals and core values of the locality are, to clearly understand the target audience to have an assessment and choice. To gather many ideas from the community, some years we also organized a slogan writing contest… Through that, we received many new and creative ideas, showing that the community's interest in building a slogan for the province is very large.
Every year, we analyze and evaluate the results of the province's goals to see whether the outlined direction is appropriate or not, and what adjustments are needed to help the province continuously improve. When evaluating the current results, we will see the future direction. Reality is constantly changing, requiring high adaptability and flexibility from all levels of government as well as those responsible for local management.
We are always wondering how to bring Dong Thap to new heights, improve the material and spiritual life of the people and bring prosperity to the business community. From that desire and aspiration, we convey it into our annual message (slogan).
