The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee commented and assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to be the investor of the (independent) component project on compensation, support, and resettlement through Dong Nai province to establish, appraise, and decide on project investment as a basis for implementation according to regulations.
Regarding the tasks of the People's Committees of communes, based on the preliminary route of the project to determine the scale, scope, project area, number of households and assets affected by the project; Determine the number of households to be relocated, resettled, the number of resettlement plots available for the project in the commune, the number of resettlement plots of the project that are still lacking, propose the construction of a resettlement area for the project in the commune, ward or arrange in other resettlement areas in neighboring communes that have been invested...
In addition, according to the opinions of the People's Committees of Xuan Duong and Xuan Que communes at the meeting, the North-South high-speed railway project through Xuan Duong and Xuan Que communes coincides with the heart of route 769E, and needs to be adjusted to suit the reality.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to draft a document of the Provincial People's Committee to the Ministry of Construction proposing to adjust the heart of the high-speed railway line on the North - South axis through Xuan Duong commune and Xuan Que commune to suit before approving the official design and approving the investment project.
The North-South high-speed railway section passing through Dong Nai province is about 82 km long. In the province, it is expected to arrange 1 passenger station in the Long Thanh airport area; 1 cargo station in Quang Tien commune, Trang Bom district (now Trang Bom commune); 2 technical maintenance stations in the communes: Xuan Tam, Xuan Loc district (now Xuan Hoa commune) and Cam Duong commune, Long Thanh district (now Xuan Duong commune).
Recently, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province has sent a document to the Ministry of Construction proposing to add another passenger station in Xuan Hoa commune, Dong Nai province.
