On October 18, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province sent a document to the Director of the Department of Construction; Chairmen of the People's Committees of the communes: Xuan Hoa, Xuan Loc, Xuan Phu, Xuan Dinh, Cam My, Xuan Que, Cam Duong, Cam Duong, Long Thanh, Nhon Trach; Chairmen of the People's Committees of Hang Gon Ward and VinSpeed High-speed Railway Investment and Development Joint Stock Company on supporting the implementation of construction surveys to serve the research and design of high-speed railway projects on the North - South axis.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and work with localities where the project passes through, creating conditions for VinSpeed High-speed Railway Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and the consulting unit to deploy the terrain survey of the North-South high-speed railway project through the province.
VinSpeed High-speed Railway Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and the consulting unit should contact the Department of Construction, People's Committees of wards and communes for support and guidance on implementing procedures for granting construction permits on the road under operation (if any) according to regulations.
Previously, on October 6, Vingroup Corporation - Joint Stock Company sent a document to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province to support the implementation of a construction survey to serve the research and design of the high-speed railway project on the North - South axis.
According to the document, based on the announcement of the Government Office on the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha at the meeting on investment proposal for the North-South high-speed railway project of VinSpeed High-speed Railway Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as VinSpeed Company), which included the conclusion assigning VinSpeed Company to be the presiding judge, coordinating with the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Finance to complete the investment plan dossier, make a comparison between the two investment options between the state and the private sector, clarifying feasibility, completion progress, investment efficiency... thereby proving the advantages when the private sector invests: faster, cheaper, more effective.
VinSpeed Company is a member of the ecosystem of Vingroup Corporation, established with the mission of investing and developing high-speed railway infrastructure in Vietnam. In order for VinSpeed Company to have data and conduct research and design and complete the investment plan for the North-South High-Speed Railway project as required above, Vingroup Corporation has signed a contract with Nam Ha Noi Land and Construction Company Limited to conduct a survey of the terrain along the project with the work of: Border level markers, IV goods passing lines, measuring the grid to control the ground; High control measurement; LiDAR scanning to integrate digital photography and map making.
"We are committed to requiring contractors during the survey process to always ensure: Comply with regulations on security - order and environmental protection; Do not affect people's lives and property; restore technical infrastructure ( sidewalks, roads...) after the survey," the document stated.
