At 1:00 p.m. on November 26, the center of the storm was about 280 km east-northeast of Song Tu Tay Island. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 9 (75-88km/h), gusting to level 11. The storm is moving west-northwest at a speed of 20km/h and is likely to strengthen.
It is forecasted that by 1:00 p.m. on November 27, storm No. 15 will be in the central East Sea, about 150km north of Song Tu Tay Island, continuing to move west-northwest at a speed of about 10km/h. Strong wind level 11, gust level 14.
As of 1:00 p.m. on November 28, the storm was still in the central East Sea area, about 200km northwest of Song Tu Tay Island. The wind force remains at level 11, gusting to level 14. The direction is gradually moving to the West Southwest, speed is only about 5km/h.
Due to the influence of storm No. 15, the sea off Khanh Hoa province will have strong northeast winds of level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9; waves 4-6m high, rough seas.
In the sea area of Truong Sa, strong winds of level 6-7; in the North, there are strong winds of level 7-8. The area near the storm's eye has strong winds of level 9-11, gusts of level 14; waves 4-6m high, especially the area near the storm's eye is 7-9m high, the sea is very rough.
The meteorological agency warns that ships operating in dangerous areas need to pay special attention to dangerous weather phenomena such as thunderstorms, whirlwinds, strong winds and big waves.
