The provincial People's Committee has also issued 34 decisions to announce the list of administrative procedures, including 71 newly announced procedures, 187 modified and supplemented procedures and 47 procedures were abolished.
In parallel with that, Cao Bang province implements a plan to review and simplify administrative procedures, cut down the settlement time limit for 34 procedures, aiming to reduce at least 60% of the processing time.
Administrative modernization is focused on bringing 1,828 administrative procedures into settlement at the one -stop shop at all levels, of which the provincial level accounts for more than 78%.
In particular, the locality integrates online public services with the National Public Service portal, currently providing 1,559 online public services, including 978 full -service services.
Agencies and units have performed and handled transactions through the online payment platform, facilitating people when paying fees and fees.
The communication of administrative reform is also promoted through the weekly column in the media, contributing to raising the awareness and digital skills of the people.
However, Cao Bang also acknowledged some limitations such as, the situation of delayed documents remained; Digitizing records with technical obstacles and equipment; A part of cadres still limited information technology skills.
