For the investment project to build a high-speed railway on the North - South axis, the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway, the City People's Committee assigned the Departments of Finance, Agriculture and Environment, Construction and the People's Committees of the districts: Me Linh, Dong Anh, Gia Lam, Thanh Tri, Thuong Tin, Phu Xuyen to proactively coordinate closely with the Railway Management Board - Ministry of Construction to immediately deploy documents, processes, procedures for site clearance, determine needs, resettlement locations, approve resettlement projects to ensure project progress.
For the Urban Railway Construction Investment Project, Line 2.1 Nam Thang Long - Tran Hung Dao, the Department of Finance is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Urban Railway Management Board to advise, propose and report to the City People's Committee on procedures for capital contribution to the city budget during the completion of negotiation procedures and signing of ODA loan agreements.
Assign the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the Urban Railway Management Board and the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District to proactively coordinate with relevant units of the Ministry of National Defense to urgently relocate Battalion 10 - Artillery Command to implement the project to ensure progress.
