The Inspection Team of the Hanoi Department of Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Veterinary Medicine has inspected compliance with legal regulations in on-road slaughter (poultry slaughter) to ensure veterinary hygiene and food safety according to Plan No. 43/KH-CNTS&TY of the Department.
Accordingly, the inspection results did not detect any violations at the time of inspection and CP Company fully met the criteria for veterinary hygiene in poultry slaughter according to current laws. Legal documents such as investment certificates, production processes, animal traceability books, service contracts for collection, transportation, and industrial waste are all valid and in accordance with regulations.



Regarding the actual inspection results, the slaughtering establishment of C.P Vietnam Company, Hanoi meat processing factory is part of the planning of the centralized cattle and poultry slaughter network of Hanoi City. Factory conditions for slaughtering activities: arranged into separate areas, with a solid factory structure, functional areas (from chicken receiving areas, cages that wait for slaughter, slaughter areas, preliminary processing areas) are separated, ensuring the principle of slaughter products according to the "one -way" principle from dirty to clean areas, meeting veterinary hygiene requirements, avoiding cross -contamination.
The poultry slaughter facility is designed as an industrial line, operating normally. The slaughter was supervised by officers from the Department's animal slaughterhousing diagnosis, testing and control station.
