At the same time, it contributes to relieving congestion and congestion on Bach Mai route (from Thanh Nhan - Bach Mai intersection down to Mo market) during rush hour.
In March 2023, the People's Committee of Hai Ba Trung District sent a document to the City People's Committee, the Department of Planning and Investment, and the Department of Finance to review and implement the project".
Voters requested the City to promptly inform people about the project investment policy and specific implementation progress.
Responding to voters' requests, the Hanoi People's Committee said that according to the urban subdivision planning project H1-4, scale 1/2000 approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 1358/QD-UBND dated March 19, 2021, the route has a cross-section width of planning B=22.5m.
According to the proposal of the People's Committee of Bach Mai Ward in Submission No. 28/TTr-UBND dated October 10, 2025 and the report and proposal of the Department of Finance in Submission No. 12638/TTr-STC dated October 10, 2025, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 5222/QD-UBND dated October 20, 2025, in which the People's Committee of Bach Mai Ward was assigned to carry out the task of preparing for the project's investment.
Currently, the People's Committee of Bach Mai Ward is coordinating with the Department of Finance to implement according to the investment policy decision process.
