Voters in Chuyen My commune proposed that the Hanoi City People's Committee pay attention to accelerating the construction progress of the Ngoc Hoi - Phu Xuyen road and the Quan Son - Do Xa road, in order to promote trade between communes, create conditions for consumption of craft village products and socio-economic development.
Hanoi City People's Committee answers voters as follows: For Ngoc Hoi - Phu Xuyen road section passing through Chuyen My commune, Hanoi City has been assigned by Hanoi City People's Committee to Chuyen My Commune People's Committee to develop a policy proposal in Decision No. 5061 dated October 9, 2025.
For Quan Son - Do Xa road, on November 14, 2022, Hanoi City People's Committee issued Decision No. 4464 assigning Phu Xuyen District People's Committee (formerly) to prepare dossiers to propose investment for the above-mentioned road.
On June 27, 2025, Hanoi City People's Committee issued Decision No. 3339 on transferring investors and units assigned tasks to prepare for investment in public projects and other tasks when implementing the 2-level local government model. Accordingly, the task of preparing investment proposal dossiers for the above-mentioned road belongs to Phuong Duc Commune People's Committee.
The People's Committees of Chuyen My and Phuong Duc communes need to urgently implement the necessary tasks in the process of investment preparation and project implementation according to the contents of decisions assigned by the Hanoi City People's Committee, accelerate the project implementation progress to promote trade between communes, create conditions for consumption of craft village products and socio-economic development in the above area.
Hanoi City People's Committee has assigned the Department of Construction to coordinate with the People's Committees of Chuyen My and Phuong Duc communes to accelerate the investment project progress and soon complete and put the project into use.
