Hanoi - There are 12 households that have not agreed to count land to serve site clearance for 2 projects in Chuyen My commune.

On February 4, the People's Committee of Chuyen My commune (Hanoi) said that it had organized a conference to deploy a mandatory inventory plan for Mr. N.N.K's household and 11 households in Chinh Van village.

The People's Committee of Chuyen My commune said that Mr. N.N.K's household is within the land acquisition area to implement the investment project to build the southern main road of Ha Tay province (old).

11 households and individuals in Chinh Van village have agricultural land area within the site clearance scope to implement the project of building technical infrastructure and auctioning land use rights in Dong May area, Chinh Van village.

Over the past time, the commune's functional agencies have proactively advised and implemented steps in site clearance to ensure compliance with the provisions of law. Propaganda and mobilization work has been carried out regularly and continuously. However, up to this point, households have not agreed and unanimously agreed.

At the conference, commune functional agencies and related units exchanged and agreed on the content to organize the implementation of the plan to organize forced inventory for Mr. N.N.K's household with land and houses, assets, and architectural structures within the land acquisition area and 11 households and individuals in Chinh Van village with agricultural land.

The time to organize forced inventory is 2 days, February 5 and 6. 2026.

Speaking to direct at the conference, Vice Chairman of Chuyen My Commune People's Committee Vu Van Huu emphasized the importance of site clearance for project implementation.

On that basis, Mr. Vu Van Huu assigned specific tasks to agencies and units to coordinate in strictly implementing the organization of mandatory inventory to ensure time and progress according to the Plan. From there, deploy the next steps in accordance with the law to have land for handover and implementation of projects.
