Implementing Plan No. 341-KH/TU of the Hanoi Party Committee and Plan No. 130/KH-UBND of the Hanoi People's Committee on organizing the trial operation of the 2-level local government model, the Hanoi Department of Science and Technology has just issued Document No. 2211/SKHCN-CDS, establishing 3 technical support channels to accompany units in the process of implementing the new model, including:
First channel: Headline support via phone number (024) 1022, divided into 6 specialized branches. In which, branches 1 and 2 are headed by the Department of Science and Technology, supporting storage infrastructure at the Data Center, WAN network and digital signature of public service. The branches 3, 4, 5 are managed by the City People's Committee Office, supporting systems such as document management, reporting information, iCabinet, electronic letters and online meetings. Branch 6 is managed by the Public Administration Service Center, supporting the administrative procedure settlement system.
Second channel: Zalo Group "Supporting the handling of technical infrastructure problems, information systems serving authorities at 2 levels" with the participation of information technology officers at district and commune levels and technicians from departments, branches and sectors. The group has been activated and put into operation since June 14, 2025.
Third channel: List of technical support staff directly via mobile phone, divided into 3 main groups: supporting shared technical infrastructure (WAN network, online meetings...); information system serving direction, operation and service for people and businesses; system and specialized database.
The implementation of the above support channels is carried out under the direction of the Hanoi Party Committee and People's Committee, to ensure timely handling of difficulties and problems of units in the process of operating the new model. These canals will be maintained until the model is put into stable operation, contributing to effectively serving people and businesses in the digital age.
