The starting point of the project is located at km14 in Ba La district, Ha Dong district (now Yen Nghia ward); the ending point is km38, Xuan Mai town, Chuong My district (now Xuan Mai commune).

The project has 5 construction packages, including items: Synchronous construction of road surface foundation, water supply and drainage, technical cable ditches, lighting, green trees, 8 road bridges, 1 newly built box culvert.
The project has a total investment of over 9,590 billion VND, implemented in the period 2022-2027.
