On April 19, the People's Committee of Dao Nghia commune, Dak R'lap district, Dak Nong province informed that a drowning incident had just occurred in the area, killing two brothers.
According to initial information, at around 3:30 p.m. on April 18, relatives could not find the two brothers, L.Q.H.A (9 years old) and L.Q.H.V (3 years old, both residing in Dao Nghia commune) where they were.
When they arrived at a pond near their home, people discovered that the two children had drowned and died, so they reported it to the authorities.
According to the leader of the People's Committee of Dao Nghia commune, the pond was fenced off by a B40 net, but the two children still tried to get inside and had a tragic accident.
