Two brothers in Ninh Binh drowned

    Ninh Binh - On August 30, in Nho Quan commune (Ninh Binh), a tragic drowning incident occurred, killing two brothers in a family.

    Talking to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Tien Phong - Chairman of the People's Committee of Nho Quan Commune - said that the incident occurred at around 10:30 a.m. on August 30 in the Yen Quang Lake area (in Yen My village, Nho Quan commune).

    Immediately after receiving the report, the Commune Military Command mobilized forces to coordinate with the Commune Police and people to conduct the search. At 11:30, the bodies of the two children were found.

    The victims were identified as B.M.Q, born in 2018 and B.T.M.N, born in 2021, residing in Yen My village, Nho Quan commune (the two were brothers).

    "In the immediate future, the commune leaders have visited, encouraged and supported the two children's families with over 10 million VND so that the family can take care of their finances" - Mr. Phong said.

    Currently, the authorities are verifying the cause.
