Previously, on the afternoon of August 26, N.Q.B (6 years old) - the son of Mr. N.N.H and Mrs. H.T.T fell into a water hole right next to their house. At the time of the incident, it was raining heavily.
In the evening of the same day, the family went to look for him and discovered that N.Q.B had died.
It is known that the victim's family is building a house and digging a hole to make a toilet underpass, due to heavy rain, the hole is full of water.
Currently, the child's parents are working abroad, and the child lives with his grandparents.
