On May 19, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Duong Van Thin - Chairman of the People's Committee of Trang Da Commune (Tuyen Quang City) - confirmed the incident that occurred at Hong Luong S viewpoint.

"Last Saturday afternoon, 2 people from Hanoi went out with a local near the petting area. After heavy rain, the water level rose and the two cars were stuck and could not move to shore.

Currently, the owners of the 2 cars have returned to Hanoi to work. The cars were still parked here and had been moved to a higher, safe location. Only when the water level drops can it be taken out," the leader added.
