Hai Phong - The City Civil Defense Command has just announced the lifting of the ban on activities on river and sea gates after storm No. 3.

According to the forecast bulletin of the city's Hydrometeorological Station, at 2:00 a.m. on July 23, storm No. 3 (WIPHA) moved deep into the mainland, weakening into a low area and gradually dissipating. The City Civil Defense Command announced the lifting of the ban on ships and boats going out to sea, exploitation, farming, fishing activities and other activities in river mouths, coastal areas, and offshore areas.

Cat Hai - Phu Long cable car activities; tourism and entertainment activities in coastal and island areas will resume operations from 7:00 a.m. on July 23.

According to the report of Hai Phong City, initially, in localities and units, there were no human casualties in the city and basically no major damage to property of people and businesses caused by storm No. 3 Wipha.

Previously, to respond to storm No. 3, the City Civil Defense Command announced a strict ban on ships and boats going out to sea, stopping fishing, aquaculture, fishing activities and other activities in river mouth, coastal areas, and offshore areas; stopping activities of the Cat Hai - Phu Long cable car route; tourism and entertainment activities in coastal and island areas from 5:00 p.m. on July 20.
