Bac Ninh - The water level of the Cau River rose, causing some areas of Hop Thinh commune and Van Ha ward to be submerged in water.

Floodwaters rise too quickly

Due to the influence of storm No. 11, on the afternoon of October 8, floods on the Cau River continued to rise above alert level 3.

Floods are expected to continue to rise due to water flowing from upstream, with the risk of overflow at some locations on the left dike of Cau, through Hop Thinh commune.

"Although the local government has announced, because the water level rises too quickly and the number of people at the workshop is small, we cannot handle it," said Mr. Toan.
