Accordingly, on the Thuong River at Cau Son station, the historical flood level in 2008 has been exceeded, it is forecasted that tonight, the peak will be 18.30m, about 2.3m above alert level 3 and about 88cm higher than the historical flood level.
On the Thuong River, at Phu Lang Thuong station, it is forecasted that early tomorrow morning (October 9), it will peak at 7.70m, higher than alert level 3 and likely about 18cm higher than the historical flood level.
On the Cau River, at Dap Cau station, it is forecasted that early tomorrow morning it will peak at 7.40m, about 1.1m higher than alert level 3.

The bulletin issued at 7:00 p.m. on October 8 by the Bac Ninh Provincial Hydrometeorological Station said that from October 8 to 10, the flood water level on the rivers is as follows:
On the Luc Nam River:
At Luc Nam station, it will drop to level (4.40 - 4.50m), above alert level 1.
On the Thuong River:
At Cau Son (18.30 - 18.50m), above alert level 3.
At Phu Lang Thuong station (7.70 - 7.80m), above alert level 3.
On the Cau River:
At Dap Cau station (7.10 - 7.30m), the above level is alert level 3.
At Phuc Loc Phuong station (9.30 - 9.50m), above alert level 3.
The Bac Ninh Provincial Hydrometeorological Station warned: In the context of the land being submerged in water, the water level of rivers is at a high level, under the impact of the rain caused by storm No. 11, it is necessary to proactively guard against major floods on rivers causing flooding in low-lying areas along rivers in the mountainous areas east of the province (Tay Yen Tu, Tuan Dao, Son Dong, Van Son, An Lac, Dai Son, Bien Son, Chu, Nghia Phuong, Luc Nam, Phuong Son) and the highlands of Yen The commune.
