On November 11, the leader of Division 10 (Army Corps4) said that the temporary road leading to 5 villages isolated by landslides had been basically completed, the road was cleared, and people could travel.
The road is about 500 m long, of which more than 450 m are poured with concrete, the road surface is 1.5 m wide; the iron bridge is 14 m long, 1.8 m wide.
The project started on November 2, interrupted for 2 days due to the impact of storm No. 13. 200 officers and soldiers of Division 10 participated in the road construction, along with the militia and self-defense forces of the commune and local people; at the peak, up to 300 people contributed.
After completion, the project will be handed over to the locality for management. In addition to this route, the forces of Division 10 also supported the clearing of landslides in residential areas and production areas that machinery could not access.

The temporary road is completed to make travel, transportation of agricultural products, and picking up and dropping off students more convenient while waiting for approval of a solid road.
Ngoc Linh commune named this road Quan Dan road, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and joint efforts of the army and people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on the morning of October 28, a serious landslide occurred in Ngoc Nang village, Ngoc Linh commune, causing a major traffic disruption, completely isolating 5 villages in the commune.
