On June 3, it was noted that at km15 + 900 of Ham Minh - Thuan Quy road in Thuan Quy commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province, workers and machinery are working to overcome the landslide. The landslide location is about 100 m long (from the coastal road to Thuan Quy commune).

The sloping roof of the concrete patches is cracked, exposing the exposed soil foundation, eating deep into the main route. An excavator under the road abyss scraped the ground and cleared the collapsed concrete areas.

Workers are making iron baskets to reinforce the location of the frog's jaw opening, preventing landslides. Next to the construction site, there are ropes and signs for reinforced construction.

This is the route leading from the center of Thuan Quy commune, from Suoi Nhum bridge on the coastal road DT.719B, to the coastal road to go in the two directions of Mui Ke Ga or NovaWorld Phan Thiet. Many cars and motorbikes are traveling on this route.

Previously, at the end of May, heavy rains occurred in this area that caused landslides on the above road section. While the maintenance contractor is overcoming, heavy rain continues to cause heavier landslides.

Currently, the road construction and maintenance unit is urgently repairing the road to ensure traffic safety and prevent the risk of landslides from continuing to occur.
