According to the bulletin of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, at 7:00 a.m. on December 1, the center of the storm was located in the Northwest sea, in the central East Sea. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 8 (62-74 km/h), gusting to level 10, moving slowly in the West direction.
It is forecasted that by 7:00 a.m. on December 2, the storm will still be in the northwest sea of the East Sea, about 170 km east of the east coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak province, with winds decreasing to level 6, gusting to level 8 and gradually weakening.
At 7:00 p.m. the same day, the storm entered the Gia Lai area to Khanh Hoa and weakened into a low pressure area.
Due to the influence of the storm, the northwestern sea area of the central East Sea will have strong winds of level 6; the area near the storm center will have winds of level 7-8, gusts of level 10; waves 2-4 m high, especially the area near the storm center will have winds of 3-5 m, the sea will be rough.
Ships operating in these dangerous areas are at risk of being affected by thunderstorms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
Previously, according to the bulletin at 5:00 a.m. on December 1, the sea area of Khanh Hoa province had winds of level 6-7, gusts of level 8-9, rough seas; during the day and at night there were scattered showers and thunderstorms, it was necessary to be on guard against tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.
It is forecasted that during the day and night of December 2, the sea area of Khanh Hoa province will have strong north to northwest winds of level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9, the sea will continue to be rough.
