Do not let officials be shaken by the merger information

Quang Tri - Before information about merging communes, merging provinces, and not organizing at the district level, some cadres, civil servants, and public employees had a hesitant mentality.

On March 14, Mr. Ha Sy Dong, Acting Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province, confirmed that in the past, information about commune mergers, provincial mergers and non-district-level organizations has made some cadres, civil servants and public employees worried and affected their working spirit. This has a negative impact on discipline, administrative discipline and the quality of public service performance.

Faced with this situation, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province issued a document requesting units and localities to promote a proactive and responsible spirit, not to let stagnation or work avoidance occur. At the same time, the process of arranging and streamlining the administrative apparatus must ensure that it does not affect the rights of people and businesses.

The People's Committee of Quang Tri province also requested to strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of discipline and administrative discipline; raise awareness and responsibility in public duties; and strictly handle violations.

"We will widely promote so that cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers can work with peace of mind, not panic about unofficial information" - Mr. Ha Sy Dong emphasized.

It is known that Quang Tri province is currently mobilizing maximum resources to implement key projects and works, striving to achieve the economic growth target of 8% in 2025.
