According to people's reflection, recently, right next to National Highway 1A (the section of the Thanh Hoa City bypass, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province) there was a passenger bus parking stop and loading and unloading of goods that poses a potential risk to traffic safety.

"In this area, every day, dozens of passenger cars and trucks of all kinds stop to unload goods. This poses many potential risks, causing insecurity to vehicles traveling here, said a resident.
After receiving the feedback, the authorities of Thanh Hoa province promptly took action, inspected the situation and handled some violations in the above area.

Accordingly, on the afternoon of November 24, the authorities including Quang Xuong Traffic Police Station (Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Traffic Police Department), Hac Thanh Ward Police and the traffic police were present at the parking stop for inspection. Here, the authorities requested a number of businesses to relocate signs encroaching on traffic safety corridors.
In addition, the police force also issued a violation report for encroachment on corridors and sidewalks as places for parking and loading and unloading goods.

Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Son - Deputy Head of Quang Xuong Traffic Police Station, Traffic Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police - said that after checking, he found that vehicles (passenger cars, trucks) were parked and loading and unloading goods here.
"The nature of the incident is both violating public order and violating regulations on gathering and loading goods because this location is not licensed, and invisibly becoming a spontaneous parking lot" - Lieutenant Colonel Son said.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Son, to completely handle the above situation, the synchronous participation of many authorities is needed. In the coming time, Quang Xuong Traffic Police Station will coordinate with the Public Order Police force and local authorities to clarify and determine the land use at this parking lot.
In case of detecting violations, the authorities will deploy solutions such as installing prohibition signs and installing concrete piles to "force" vehicles not to stop, to avoid repeating violations of public order and security. At the same time, strengthen inspection and strictly handle violations in the area.
