In Binh Dien commune, local authorities are supporting people to overcome the problem of houses having their roofs blown off by a tornado.
The Hue City Civil Defense Command has mobilized officers of the Defense Command of Region 3 (Phu Loc) and canoe vehicles to support the evacuation of people from flooded areas and coordinate with Phu Loc commune to regulate traffic.

In addition, Hue City Police have mobilized about 60 officers and soldiers with vehicles, ready to deploy response plans in deeply flooded areas, ensuring traffic safety.
According to the forecast, from now until October 17, the area will continue to have rain, scattered heavy rain, some places will have very heavy rain with thunderstorms. From the evening of October 19, there is a possibility of widespread heavy rain lasting until the end of October; the sea area will have strong winds, big waves, the risk of thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. The total rainfall from October 16 to 25 may reach 400 - 600mm, in some places over 800mm.
