On the afternoon of September 1, the leader of Hoa Bac commune (Lam Dong) said that a man had just died in a car (4 seats) with a closed door parked on the side of the road.
The victim was identified as Mr. Tran Van D (54 years old, living in Ho Chi Minh City).

Previously, at around 8:00 a.m. the same day, people discovered a car with a Ho Chi Minh City license plate parked on the side of the road in La Do village (Hoa Bac commune).
