On December 7, according to PV's investigation, the Property Auction Service Center (Department of Justice of Lang Son province) has just announced the public auction of many confiscated and public assets, including means of transport and industrial goods.
At the auction on December 11, two cars were auctioned, including THACO truck with license plate 12C-100.50 with starting price 95 million VND and VinFast Lux A car with license plate 30G-991.03 with starting price 459 million VND; both were used and had no original documents, the auction winner fulfilled the arising obligations.
Then, on December 15, the auction of two lots of goods continued. The assets include a batch of A4 paper, continuous printing paper, a dusty bag (59kg) with a starting price of VND 4.9 million and a batch of 440 smart anti-cortical massage equipment with a price of VND 67.76 million.
The auction documents are sold from November 28 to December 8 (car auction) and December 3 to December 12 (commodity auction) at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
People can view cars from December 1 to 3 at the old Department of Finance headquarters and view goods from December 9 to 11 at the Huu Nghi International Border Gate Customs warehouse.
The deposit must be paid on time: before 5:00 p.m. on December 8 for the vehicle and before 5:00 p.m. on December 12 for the goods. The auctions take place at the 3rd Floor Meeting Office of the Public Administration Service Center at 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on December 11 and 9:00 a.m. on December 15.
Participants must have full civil act capacity, financial capacity, submit valid documents and are not in the prohibited group under the Law on Property Auction. Detailed information is provided at the Lang Son Province Property Auction Service Center.
