On October 31, Cam Duong Ward People's Committee informed that the unit had just mobilized forces to support 16 households on Tung Tung Street, Group 12, to urgently move out of the area at high risk of landslides to ensure the safety of life and property.
According to the Ward People's Committee, after a period of monitoring, the area behind the embankment of households continued to show signs of movement, with many large cracks and a serious risk of landslides.

In that situation, the ward government agreed with the people to move all people and property to a safe place. Currently, households are arranged temporary residence at relatives' houses or at the ward's kindergarten.
Group 12, Cam Duong ward was a complex landslide site. In 2024, the circulation of storm No. 3 (Yagi) caused a large landslide behind the Provincial Political School, damaging 22 houses.

By 2025, the impact of storms No. 10 and No. 11 will cause landslides to spread towards B6 Road (Mo Sinh). The concrete embankment system behind the households continues to show cracks, the floor and walls of many households are skewed, the risk of insecurity is very high.
Faced with complicated developments, Cam Duong Ward People's Committee has proactively notified and mobilized households to relocate, and coordinated with relevant departments and branches to survey and develop long-term solutions to stabilize the affected area.
