Da Nang - When the floodwaters began to recede, armed forces and people simultaneously took action to clean up, provide supplies and restore life after many days of prolonged heavy rain.

On the morning of October 31, when the rain had stopped and the floodwaters began to recede, across the heavily affected areas of Da Nang, forces and people simultaneously took action to clean up and restore life after many days of struggling with prolonged heavy rain.

In Tra My commune, with the permission of the Head of the Command and the Forward Command of the Military Region, the soldiers of Region 3 and the militia of the communes used the vehicles of the 270 Brigade to travel and provide food to isolated residential areas.

In harsh and slippery terrain, officers and soldiers still strive to overcome difficulties, ensuring absolute safety during their missions.

At the same time, in Hoi An ancient urban area (Quang Nam province), many households also took the opportunity to clean up their houses and stores when the water was receding to avoid mud stagnation and restore business activities. Small boats are next to each half-flooded street, carrying buckets, brooms, pumps - familiar images after each flood, demonstrating the resilience and will to rise of the people of the Central region.
