On November 9, the Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center reported on the progress of the implementation plan and difficulties in implementing compensation for the DT.770B road project and proposed that the Provincial People's Committee direct the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to promptly complete the procedures to approve the construction project as a basis for receiving the handover of boundaries, site clearance coordinates, and land acquisition maps.
The project has a total investment of more than VND 3,338 billion from the provincial budget (land use rights auction) with an implementation period from 2022 to 2026.
The project has a total land area of over 370 hectares with a total length of more than 42km passing through 7 communes: Xuan Bac, Xuan Que, Xuan Duong, Dau Giay, Gia Kiem, Long Phuoc, Phuoc Thai and 2 wards: Binh Loc, Xuan Lap (formerly Dinh Quan, Thong Nhat, Cam My, Long Thanh districts and Long Khanh city).
The total number of households whose land has been recovered is 803, with a plan to resettle about 354 households.
Currently, the project is carrying out the work of measuring and making land recovery maps, and it is expected that in December 2025, the work of measuring and extracting land recovery drawings will be completed to carry out the next work.
According to the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province, the feasibility study report of the construction project has not been approved by the Provincial People's Committee.

DT 770B route is invested in construction connecting the eastern and northeastern districts of Dong Nai province with Long Thanh airport and Xuan Que - Song Nhan industrial parks, Bau Can - Tan Hiep industrial parks, connecting Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, National Highway 51 and Cai Mep - Thi Vai seaport area (formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, now Ho Chi Minh City).
The DT 770B road project will be invested in new construction with a length of more than 42km, with the starting point intersecting with DT 763 road (in Suoi Nho commune, old Dinh Quan district) and the end point intersecting with National Highway 51 (in Phuoc Thai commune, old Long Thanh district) planned to have a roadway of 60m, with 4-8 lanes.
Currently, Dong Nai province is investing in expanding 3 projects including DT 769, DT 770B and DT 773 with a total investment of more than VND 18,000 billion to connect Long Thanh airport.
