On July 3, information from the People's Committee of Dien Bien province, the province has just decided to supplement the 2025 budget expenditure estimate for units to implement policies according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government.
According to the decision, the total additional budget is 16.894 billion VND, from the central budget with additional targets for the local budget in Decision No. 973/QD-TTg dated May 19, 2025 of the Prime Minister.
Specifically, the list includes 25 cases, including 19 people who retired early and 6 people who quit their jobs.
An expert from the Department of Internal Affairs, Dien Bien Phu City (old) was supported with nearly 1.5 billion VND. Of which, the one-time pension subsidy is more than 840 million VND; nearly 500 million VND in benefits for early retirement; more than 155 million VND in benefits for 20 years of social insurance (SI) contributions and benefits for more than 20 years of social insurance contributions.
A Deputy Head of a Department in Dien Bien District (old) was supported with more than 1.8 billion VND. Of which, the one-time pension subsidy is nearly 960 million VND; more than 710 million VND in benefits for early retirement; more than 172 million VND in benefits for 20 years of social insurance (SI) contributions and benefits for more than 20 years of social insurance contributions.
The lowest beneficiary is the Deputy Head of the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Department, Muong Nhe District (old) who received more than 80 million VND due to early retirement.
