The Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province has just issued an official dispatch on the end of the time to publicly announce the Decision approving the investment policy and the Decision to adjust the approval of the investment policy for the social housing project in Nam Son ward.
Accordingly, on July 2, 2025, the Department of Construction issued a Document to the Bac Ninh Provincial Electronic Information Portal on publicly announcing the Decision approving the investment policy and the Decision to adjust the investment policy approving the Nam Son Social Housing Project.
On July 29, 2025, the Bac Ninh Provincial Electronic Information Portal publicly posted the above Decisions.
Up to now, the public announcement period (30 days) as prescribed has ended.
During the announcement period, the Department of Construction received a dossier requesting an investor handover from an investor.
The Department of Construction will organize an appraisal of the application for the investor according to regulations.
The Social Housing Project in Nam Son Ward, located in Nam Son Ward (Bac Ninh Province), has a total investment of more than 1,069 billion VND.
The project has a total of more than 1,000 social housing units serving the housing needs of low-income people, workers and laborers.
Implementation progress: Total time of 4 years from the date of selection of the investor.
According to the Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province, there have been 71 social housing projects in the province with a total land area of about 255 hectares. When completed, the projects will meet about 9.12 million m2 of floor space with about 102,390 apartments.
Of these, 26 projects have been completed, 5 projects have been partially completed with a total of 20,726 apartments. The remaining 45 projects are being implemented; organizing compensation and site clearance for investment and construction.
According to the Prime Minister's 1 million social housing projects, Bac Ninh province is assigned to invest in the construction of at least more than 135,000 apartments for workers and low-income people.
