On July 28, the Party Committee of Ward 2 Bao Loc solemnly held the opening ceremony of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council attended and gave a speech at the Congress.
The first Congress of the Party Committee of Ward 2 Bao Loc was held on the basis of merging 3 administrative units from Ward 2, Dam Bri Commune (old Bao Loc City) and Loc Tan Commune (old Bao Lam District).
After the merger, Bao Loc Ward 2 currently has a total natural area of 176.72km2, a population of 49,564 people, and 6,525 ethnic minorities (13.16%).
This is the starting point for a new development period, carrying the confidence, expectations and high political determination of the entire Party Committee, government and people of Bao Loc Ward 2.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, acknowledged and commended the results that the Party Committee, government, cadres, Party members, soldiers of the armed forces and people of Bao Loc Ward 2 have achieved in the past time.
Mr. Tran Hong Thai commented that this is an important political event, taking place in a special historical context when the whole country enters a new era, an era of national growth.
When "things are straight, the path is clear", the entire political system will move forward unanimously, determined to effectively implement the two-level local government model.
Entering the 2025-2030 term, Bao Loc Ward 2 is facing a historic opportunity with many special advantages. To successfully implement the Congress Resolution, localities need to promote internal resources, take advantage of external resources and focus on effectively implementing the set tasks.
Bao Loc Ward 2 also needs to flexibly apply and effectively implement the "four pillars" of innovation and reform in the spirit of the resolutions issued by the Politburo.
