At noon on July 22, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lam Dong province updated the damage situation due to the impact of storm No. 3 and the rain with tornadoes occurring in the province.
In the past 3 days, rain combined with tornadoes has blown off the roofs of many houses, greenhouses, greenhouses, and fallen trees in many localities in the province. As of July 20 to the morning of July 22, 24 communes and wards in the province have suffered damage.

There were 2 injured people, including 1 person with a severed spine in Phu Hai ward and 1 person with a broken spine who were transferred to Ho Chi Minh City for treatment due to a fallen tree while traveling on the road in Son My commune.

76 houses were damaged, of which 3 were severely damaged, the rest were mainly blown off. Son My commune is a commune with a severely damaged level with 1 house partially collapsed and 18 houses having their roofs blown off, 1 person injured.

Mr. Dang Thanh Cong - Vice Chairman of Son My Commune People's Committee, said that in the immediate future, the locality will support 3 million VND for the injured. Households with houses with completely blown roofs will receive initial support from the locality of 1 million VND per household. 6 ethnic minority households were supported with an additional 500,000 VND per household.

Also in Lam Dong province, many greenhouses and greenhouses in Don Duong and Quang Lap communes were damaged. 18 electric poles fell, broke and 3 cars were damaged.
