The Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hiep Thanh Ward directly visited each household affected by the rain and tornadoes. In the immediate future, support 20 million VND/household for 3 families that suffered heavy damage; 5 million VND/household for 6 households with light damage to demolish the roofs of auxiliary works to promptly encourage families to overcome difficulties and quickly overcome the damage.
The People's Committee of Hiep Thanh Ward also mobilized police, military and militia forces to quickly go to the scene, support people to repair and overcome the consequences of natural disasters, and soon stabilize their lives.
Previously, on the evening of October 21, Hiep Thanh ward experienced rain accompanied by a tornado that damaged 9 houses of local residents. The initial property damage is estimated at over 200 million VND.
