Of which, 5 houses completely collapsed, 17 houses had 50% of their roofs blown off. Initial damage was estimated at over 500 million VND.
Immediately after the tornado occurred, the leaders of Ninh Thanh Loi Commune People's Committee promptly arrived to mobilize local forces to quickly help people overcome the situation, re-roof houses, roofs and other damaged works to help households stabilize the situation.
In the immediate future, the People's Committee of Ca Mau province has directed support for households whose houses collapsed with 5 million VND; households whose roofs were blown off with 3 million VND. At the same time, review and have a plan to help people repair and rebuild their houses to soon stabilize their lives.
