On October 24, the Office of the Quang Tri Provincial Civil Defense Command said that heavy rain caused flooding in low-lying areas (Cang area) in Nam Hai Lang commune.

Accordingly, 6 roads along the O Lau River in the Cang area, including the villages of An Tho, Phu Kinh, Hoi Dien, My Chanh, Hung Nhon, Cau Nhi in Nam Hai Lang commune (Quang Tri province) were flooded from 0.8 to 1m deep.
Traffic between the above villages was cut off, people had to use boats and boats to move.

According to the People's Committee of Nam Hai Lang commune, Cang is located in a low-lying area, so every time there is heavy rain, flooding occurs, and a similar situation occurs every year.
However, the harvest season here has ended, the flood water is rising slowly and is gradually receding, so it has not caused damage to property and production.
