Supporting people to stand up after the devastating flood
These days, Mr. Tran Chu Nghia (45 years old), in Phu Huu village, Hoa Thinh commune, is busy cleaning up his belongings to his new house that still smells of plaster. For Mr. Nghia, this is the first spring his family has moved in to live in a house of gratitude built after the flood.
Looking at the bright red tiled roof and shiny painted walls, few people would think that just a few months ago, his family was empty-handed when the old house was completely swept away by the flood.
