On August 24, the Tuong Duong Commune Party Committee announced that it had issued a notice to adjust the time to organize the 1st Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Accordingly, the Congress will take place on August 28 and 29 instead of August 25 and 26 as previously planned. The postponement of the schedule is to proactively respond to heavy rain and strong winds that can directly affect the area.
On the same day, the Organizing Committee of the Ceremony to honor students who won international, national and high scores in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam of Nghe An province also announced the temporary postponement of the event. The ceremony is scheduled to take place on the evening of August 24 and will move to the evening of August 28 at the Provincial Labor Culture House.

This year, Nghe An has 195 students honored, including 7 students who won international medals, 96 students who won national excellent students awards, 18 students who won other national awards and 75 students who achieved high scores in the High School Graduation Exam.
According to the leader of Nghe An province, adjusting the time of organizing events shows proactiveness and responsibility in natural disaster prevention, while ensuring absolute safety for attendees.
