Initial information, the incident occurred at around 8:00 p.m. on February 16 at the Gia Bay bridge area, Dong Bam ward. Some witnesses said that at that time, the black car with license plate 20A - 250.xx was traveling when it suddenly hit the steering wheel and crashed into a house on the side of the road.
The strong collision caused the door of the house to collapse, the car hit a man in the house.
Immediately after the incident, people nearby quickly arrived to support and took the victim to the emergency room. At the same time, the incident was reported to the authorities.
Talking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a leader of Dong Bam Ward People's Committee confirmed the incident that occurred in the area.
"Fortunately, there were no casualties in this incident. Currently, the authorities are continuing to investigate the cause to handle it according to regulations," he added.
