On June 14, the Finance - Planning Department of Buon Ma Thuot city (Dak Lak province) said that in the past 2 weeks, the number of business registration applications in the area has increased dramatically.
The reason is that market management agencies and the tax sector have increased inspections of business establishments, leading to many households urgently completing registration procedures.
In addition, the concern that when the district government level is abolished, the settlement of administrative procedures will become more complicated also causes people to flock to the one-stop department to prepare documents soon.

According to records, in the past week, every day hundreds of people lined up at the One-Stop Department of Buon Ma Thuot city from early morning to draw numbers.
Civil servants and public employees here have to work overtime to resolve outstanding records, supporting people to complete procedures before the implementation of the 2-level local government model.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Chung - Chairman of Khanh Xuan Ward People's Committee - shared: "About two weeks ago, a lot of people came to do procedures on land and civil status".
"There are days when the one-stop department receives up to 30 civil status applications from early morning. Although the ward has increased staff and worked overtime, the workload is too large" - Mr. Chung said.

A representative of the Department of Finance - Planning of Buon Ma Thuot city said that in the coming time, many administrative procedures will be decentralized to the commune level.
The authorities will continue to support the people. Therefore, people should not worry too much or jostle to do procedures that are not really urgent at this time.
It is worth mentioning that the overload situation has caused many people to leave in disappointment. Mr. Nguyen Van Hai (residing in Thanh Cong ward) said: "I arrived to queue at 6am on June 13 but still could not get the correct number. Early next week, I will go earlier to complete the business registration for my wife selling clothes."
