On April 30, information from Lam Dong People's Committee said that the unit had carried out procedures to put Lien Dam solid waste treatment plant (Di Linh district) into operation.
This is the most modern waste treatment plant and the first in Lam Dong province to be able to produce clean soil from solid waste.

The plant is invested by Saigon Xanh Biotechnology Company, with a total area of 21.38 hectares, with a total investment of 291 billion VND, and a total designed capacity of 350 tons/day and night.
Currently, the plant put into operation this time is in phase 1 of the project with a total land area used for waste treatment of more than 18 hectares, a processing capacity of 150 tons/day and night, with an investment of 142 billion VND.

Lien Dam Waste Treatment Plant (Di Linh District) has completed 9 main clusters of works: Domestic solid waste classification line, industrial and domestic waste incinerator, unburnt brick production line, wastewater treatment system...
Mr. Ngo Pa Ri - Chairman of the Board of Members of Saigon Green Biotechnology Company Limited informed that he will continue to invest in completing the waste treatment technology line according to the circular - closed - increased recycling principle.
At the same time, the company will deploy items of phase 2 to soon reach a designed capacity of 350 tons/day and night, meeting the waste treatment needs of the locality.

Waste is transported from the Gung Re landfill (Di Linh district), the treatment plant is made of unburnt bricks and clean soil to serve agriculture. Clean soil is packaged for sale in many places and can be used to produce organic fertilizer.
According to Mr. Ngo Pa Ri, in the near future, Lien Dam waste treatment plant will have more plastic recycling activities, research and development of experimental gardens. In the immediate future, this activity will be supported by Saigon Green Da Phuoc Factory in Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuc - Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee said that the inauguration of Di Linh District Waste Treatment Plant today is an important step in concretizing the province's Green Development Strategy.
The factory is not only meaningful in solving the problem of household waste, limiting environmental pollution, but also creating momentum to promote socio-economic development for the locality.
