According to Lam Dong Hydrometeorological Station, the whole province will continue to have moderate to heavy rain, with total rainfall ranging from 20 - 50mm, some places exceeding 80mm.
From 3:00 a.m. on December 9 to 3:00 a.m. on December 10, many areas such as Lien Huong, Ham Tan, Tan Thanh, La Gi, Phu Quy, Lac Duong, Xuan Huong - Da Lat, Tan Ha - Lam Ha wards, Duc Trong, Son Dien, Phu Son - Lam Ha and Truong Xuan all recorded heavy rain; the natural disaster risk level was determined at level 1.
At 10:00 on December 10, the Department of Hydrometeorology warned of a high risk of landslides in the next 6 hours in D'Ran, Ka Do and Quang Lap. Prolonged rain has caused the risk of landslides, localized flooding and traffic congestion on steep routes to increase sharply.
Outside the coast of Lam Dong province, including Phu Quy Special Zone, strong northeast winds of level 6, gusting to level 7, causing rough seas and big waves.
On December 10, this area will continue to have thunderstorms, winds of level 5 - 6, gusts of level 7; waves from 2 to 4m high, along the coast 0.5 to 1.5m. The sea natural disaster warning is at level 2.

The meteorological agency recommends that small boats limit going out to sea, proactively anchor safely; seafood cages need to be reinforced. Fishermen absolutely must not stay at sea when the weather turns bad and must continuously monitor warning bulletins.
