228 billion VND to reinforce the Red River dike through 5 communes of Phu Tho
The project to reinforce and upgrade the dike section, weak embankment and flood protection wall system of the left and right dykes of the Thao River (combined with National Highways 2D and 32C) - was approved by the People's Committee of Phu Tho province under Decision No. 1721/QD-UBND dated June 28, 2025.
The above project has a total investment of 228 billion VND, invested by the Phu Tho Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. Implemented in 5 communes: Hien Luong, Dan Thuong, Ha Hoa, Vinh Chan, Van Lang.
On October 28, 2025, the investor announced a bidding invitation for "package No. 13: Construction of construction items" worth more than 190 billion VND for the project.
In the coming time, after Package No. 13 selects a contractor, the construction unit will implement a bidding package with the following items: Traffic part, dyke part, embankment; Traffic assurance; Resource tax, environmental protection fee and mineral exploitation right issuance fee; Backup fee.
The project will overcome dike incidents, especially landslides and dike overflow when river water levels rise; ensure flood safety, combined with upgrading the left and right dykes of the Thao River (at the same time National Highways 32C, 2D), serving rescue and relief work when natural disasters occur.
At the same time, stabilize existing residential areas, protect state assets, people's lives and property; contribute to socio-economic development, ensure national security and defense in the province.
150 billion VND to renovate and upgrade the National Sports Training Center in Tam Dao
The project to renovate and upgrade Tam Dao National Sports Training Center Area C in Hanoi was approved by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism under Decision No. 3022/QD-BVHTTDL dated October 14, 2024.
This project has a total investment of 150 billion VND, invested by the Construction Investment Project Management Board (under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism).
For the project, Package No. 01: Construction, procurement and installation of equipment priced at more than 139.2 billion VND has completed the selection of contractors.
According to Decision No. 147/QD-BQLDA dated August 28, 2025 of the investor, the 678 - Capital Joint Venture won the above construction package for more than 138 billion VND, the contract implementation period is 540 days.
The project is implemented to meet the following goals:
Repairing training grounds, gymnasiums, and athlete accommodation houses to ensure sports standards. Build a new 5-storey multi-purpose house to increase the training and accommodation area for athletes practicing at the center. Repairing, renovating and constructing new auxiliary items.
Ensure improvement of the quality of facilities, eating conditions, training and teaching of athletes, coaches and experts in Zone C of the center.
In addition, complete the technical infrastructure and renovate the general architectural space of the entire C area of the center.
570 billion VND to build a reservoir
The Thuc Luyen Reservoir Project, Phu Tho Province was approved by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) under Decision No. 5205/QD-BNN-XD dated December 30, 2022.
This project has a total investment of 570 billion VND, invested by the Phu Tho Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
"package 20/2025/XL. Construction of the cluster of focal works, water conduction systems and auxiliary works" of the project with an estimated price of more than 377.3 billion VND has completed the contractor selection.
Accordingly, on October 28, 2025, Lien Danh Ho Thuc Luyen - including: Thinh Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, 47 Construction Joint Stock Company, Thanh Hoa Agricultural and Rural Development Corporation won the above bid package with a price of 363.5 billion VND.
The consortium of 3 contractors will implement the construction of Thuc Luyen reservoir with a capacity of more than 4.1 million m3 in Thuc Luyen commune, the old Thanh Son district (now Thanh Son commune, Phu Tho province). The package implementation period is 24 months.
The investment goal of this project is to effectively exploit the surface water of the Stream to provide agricultural irrigation water; create a source of domestic and industrial water supply; contribute to minimizing damage caused by natural disasters, helping to stabilize people's lives, improve the ecological environment of the project area...
