Moving along both sides of Road 32 to Cau Giay, there are also underground parking lots and parking lots on the campus of the National University of Education, Transport. The total number of vehicles seated is about 2,000 cars and tens of thousands of motorbikes and bicycles.
If traveling from Ha Dong, the organizing committee arranges parking spaces at Phu Luong station depot area (Cat Linh - Ha Dong railway), Nguyen Khuyen street, 19/5 street, Le Hong Phong Staff Training School campus, Hanoi University, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Irrigation, Trade Union; vacant land near Thang Long Tobacco Company on Nguyen Trai Street. The total number of vehicles can accommodate about 500 cars and tens of thousands of motorbikes and bicycles.
If traveling from the South, people and tourists can park their vehicles on the Ring Road 2.5 from Kim Dong to Den Lu; the roads of Kim Nguu, Thanh Nhan, Tran Dai Nghia, Linh Duong, Dam Phuong streets...; the campus of the National Economics University, University of Construction. The total number of vehicles is about 700 cars, 5,000 motorbikes, and bicycles.
If traveling from the North towards Nhat Tan Bridge, parking lots are arranged under the roads of licensed diplomatic missions, the area north of Chuong Duong Bridge, Hong Tien and Nguyen Gia Bong streets... The total capacity is about 670 cars.
As for the Long Bien direction through Vinh Tuy Bridge, the organizing committee arranged parking lots on Phu Huu, Hoang Nhu Tiep routes, the roadway and the vacant land of Dam Quang Trung. In addition, there is a free parking lot, Aeon Mall Center. The total capacity is about 2,000 cars and over 4,000 motorbikes.
The best way to get to the center is to combine the train, bus, BRT bus and walking. The organizers note that people should pay attention because licensed parking lots will have license plates from the Hanoi Department of Construction, have staff wearing uniforms, use transparent payment methods, and do not use cash via QR codes.
According to current regulations, temporary parking fees: motorbikes do not exceed VND 10,000/trip; cars do not exceed VND 30,000/trip/hour. People need to get a parking ticket to ensure their rights when an incident occurs, and don't forget to bring a little room change when paying without cash due to network weakness.
