In that situation, the commune leaders have disseminated to the public administrative service staff to be dedicated, responsible, and make the highest efforts to complete the work, meeting the needs of administrative procedures of the people.
For cadres with limited ability to apply information technology, the locality will send them for training and fostering to have qualifications and capacity to meet the requirements of the task in order to best serve the needs of the people.
Mr. Le Huu Dong - Chairman of Huong Do Commune People's Committee (merged from Loc Yen, Huong Do and Huong Tra communes) said that the workload is currently very large, while some people have limited qualifications in applying information technology.
In that situation, the locality is gradually overcoming the situation by organizing additional training for cadres to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
"The initial obstacles are inevitable. We have been making efforts to overcome this problem to perform well the task, serve the people's administrative procedures well, and make them satisfied," Mr. Dong shared.
At the Thanh Sen Ward Public Administration Service Center (merged from the wards of the old City. Ha Tinh including: Bac Ha, Thach Quy, Tan Giang, Thach Hung, Nam Ha, Tran Phu, Ha Huy Tap, Van Yen and a part of the natural area and population of Dai Nai Ward), the settlement of basic administrative procedures is convenient.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center in Thanh Sen Ward - said that currently at the Center, the settlement of administrative procedures for people is smooth, the software has been completed synchronously, and the staff are proficient in applying information technology and are familiar with the work. Therefore, the time to return the results to the people on time, even exceeding the schedule.
According to Mr. Hai, at the beginning of the month, the Center only used 1 transaction room, so the space was narrow, and people had to jostle. However, 2 more transaction offices were later arranged in the premises when another unit moved to a new location, so the space is now spacious and airy, meeting the needs of officers and people when handling administrative procedures.
