For the Kim Tan area and some mountainous localities in the North, West and Southwest of Thanh Hoa province, rainfall from the morning of September 17 to the morning of September 19 is forecast from 70-150mm, with some places over 150mm.
The meteorological agency warns that heavy rain may cause flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides in steep terrain areas and flooding in residential areas, traffic routes, and production areas.
