At the time of the accident, a car (unclear license plate, driver) moving on Vo Nguyen Giap street (direction from Noi Bai airport to Nhat Tan bridge) suddenly collided with a garbage truck with license plate 29C-249.XX.
The strong collision caused the car to block the road. The car driver was injured, and 2 vehicles were damaged.
At the scene, many debris of vehicles fell all over the road surface. Traffic through the area was locally congested.
